Process starts with heavy "Jumbo Rolls" (raw material). The machine smoothly unwinds the foil at high speeds, maintaining constant tension to prevent wrinkling or tearing.
The foil is rewound onto smaller cardboard cores (paper tubes). The machine automatically cuts the foil to the set length (e.g., 5m, 10m, 300m) and glues/seals the tail.
