Custom Plastic Cup Machines OEM Options for Deep Draw & PET
The Profit Lies in the "Non-Standard"
If you look at the catalog of most machinery suppliers, you see the same specs: "Max Depth: 120mm," "Material: PP/PS."
If you buy that machine, you are competing with 1,000 other factories making standard water cups. The margins there are razor-thin.
The real profit is in the "Niche": The 1-liter Jumbo Juice Cup, the square Salad Bowl, or the ultra-thick Tray. To make these, you need more than a catalog number. You need a partner who can engineer a solution.
At Newtop Machinery, 30% of our production is Custom Engineered. Here is exactly what we can modify on our Plastic Cup Making Machines to help you dominate specialized markets.
1. Dimensional Customization: Going Deep and Wide
Standard machines have physical limits. We break them.
-
The "Deep Draw" Challenge: Standard machines stop at 120mm depth. If you want to make 700ml or 1000ml tall beverage cups (popular in Bubble Tea markets), you need 150mm or 180mm.
Our Solution: We modify the chassis of our Servo Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine, extending the guide pillars and the servo travel stroke to accommodate "Super Deep" forming without losing stability. -
The "Wide Format" Challenge: For large fruit punnets or seedling trays, a standard mold area (e.g., 680x350mm) is too small.
Our Solution: We build "Jumbo" forming stations (up to 760mm x 540mm) with reinforced toggle systems to handle the extra clamping force required for large-area molds.
2. Material Customization: Taming the Tough Plastics
Not all plastic behaves like Polypropylene (PP).
For CPET (Ovenable Trays):
CPET requires extremely high heat and precise forming. We install High-Wattage Ceramic Heaters and a heated mold system (Oil Circulators) to ensure the material crystallizes correctly for heat resistance.
For Thick PET (1.2mm+):
Cutting thick PET is a nightmare for standard knives. We upgrade the cutting station with Oversized Servo Motors and heavy-duty "Forged Steel" crankshafts to punch through thick sheets without stalling or vibrating.
3. The "Agent Special": Private Label (OEM)
For our distributor partners, your brand is your asset. We act as your "Invisible Factory."
Visual Identity:
We don't just stick a decal on the machine. We paint the entire steel frame in your Corporate RAL Colors. Whether you are "Caterpillar Yellow" or "Medical White," the machine leaves our factory looking like your product.
Software Logic (HMI):
We reprogram the touchscreen interface. The boot screen displays YOUR Logo. The language is set to your local market (Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, etc.). We can even customize the menu structure to match other machines in your portfolio for a unified user experience.
4. Automation Integration: Beyond the Stacker
Standard stackers are fine for round cups. But what about square containers or lids?
- A-B Stacking: For containers that stick together, we engineer "A-B Stackers" that rotate every second cup by 180 degrees to prevent jamming.
- Robotic Pick-and-Place: For delicate trays that cannot be pushed, we integrate Delta Robots to gently pick the product from the mold and place it onto the conveyor.
Conclusion: If You Can Draw It, We Can Build It
Don't let a "Standard Spec Sheet" tell you what products you can manufacture.
The most profitable factories are the ones running custom equipment tailored to their specific product.
