It melts the PE coating on the paper corners to create a strong, 100% leak-proof seal without using any chemical adhesives. The main difference is the sealing method. The NTP-CHL uses Hot Air to melt the PE coating, creating a watertight seal perfect for liquid/oily foods. The Glue machine (NTP-HBH) uses cold glue, which is better for dry foods like burgers and fries but is not strictly leak-proof for soups.
Yes, it can. The NTP-CHL supports custom molds. We can engineer the mold to produce lunch boxes with Two Compartments (dividers) to separate rice from meat/vegetables. Please provide your sample drawing for a custom quote.
Yes. Since it uses Hot Air Sealing, the paper must have a PE (Polyethylene) coating on at least one side. The heat melts the PE to bond the paper. Standard cardboard without coating cannot be sealed on this machine (you would need a glue machine for that).
