Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a direct manufacturer located in Ruian City, Wenzhou, China. Unlike trading companies, we have our own CNC machining center and assembly workshop. We welcome you to visit our factory or book a live video tour via WhatsApp/Zoom to see our machines running.

What is the typical production lead time?
It depends on the machine complexity:
- • Standard Machines (e.g., Paper Cup Machines): 15 - 20 days.
- • Customized Lines (e.g., Flexo Printing): 30 - 45 days.

What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit to start production, and 70% balance before shipment. We provide detailed machine testing videos for your approval before final payment. For large orders, we also accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Do your machines have CE or ISO certificates?
Yes. All Newtop machines are CE Certified and comply with European safety standards. Our factory also operates under the ISO9001 quality management system to ensure consistent manufacturing quality.

Yes, absolutely. We customize the electrical components (Motors, Inverters, Heaters) to match your country's power standard perfectly. Whether you use Single Phase 220V, or 3-Phase 380V/415V/440V, 50Hz or 60Hz, we configure it at no extra cost.

How do you ensure the machine quality before delivery?
We have a strict "Zero-Error" policy. Before shipment, we run the machine continuously for 24-48 hours using your specific raw materials. We will share the test results via live video call. The machine is packed only after your final approval.

I am new to this industry. Is the machine difficult to operate?
No. We design our machines with an "Operator-Friendly" logic using intuitive PLC touch screens (English language). We also provide a comprehensive "Step-by-Step" Video Tutorial covering everything from raw material loading to basic troubleshooting, helping beginners master the machine in 2-3 days.

Do you provide overseas installation and training services?
Yes. We offer two options:
1. On-Site Service: We dispatch engineers to your factory for setup and staff training (Buyer covers Visa/Tickets/Accommodation + Daily Fee).
2. Remote Guide (Free): For standard machines, our 24/7 video call support is usually sufficient for successful installation.

Can I send my raw materials to your factory for a test run?
Highly recommended. You can ship your paper, film, or specific substrate to our factory in China. We will run a production test on our demo machine and mail the finished samples back to you for quality verification. This service is free of charge.

What is the expected lifespan of your machines?
Our machines are built for industrial durability. We use heavy-duty cast iron frames (Wallboard structure) and top-tier components (Schneider, Siemens). With proper maintenance, the machine is designed to run stably for 10-15 years.

Can I add extra functions (e.g., UV drying, Corona) later?
It depends on the model. For our Flexo Printing Machines, many units are modular. However, it is always best (and cheaper) to configure these options during the initial manufacturing. Please discuss your future expansion plans with our engineers before ordering.

What if there is a software issue with the PLC?
Our machines support Remote Diagnosis. If the machine is connected to the internet, our software engineers can access the PLC system remotely to check codes, update software, or fix program errors instantly without needing a site visit.

How do you pack the machine to prevent rust and damage?
We treat every machine with anti-rust oil, wrap it in multiple layers of stretch film, and then pack it in a Vacuum-Sealed Foil Bag. Finally, it is secured inside a standard Export Wooden Case (fumigation-free) to ensure 100% safety during long-distance ocean freight.

Can you handle shipping to my door (DDP)?
Yes. We have over 10 years of export experience. We can handle FOB, CIF, or DDP (Door to Door) terms. If you choose DDP, we handle everything including sea freight, customs clearance, and truck delivery to your warehouse.

What is the warranty period?
We provide a 1-Year Standard Warranty on all core mechanical parts and electrical components (PLC, Motors, Inverters, Gearboxes). If any part fails due to manufacturing defects within this period, we replace it for free.

How can I get spare parts quickly if the machine stops?
We understand that downtime costs money. We keep a large inventory of spare parts in our Ruian warehouse. Critical parts are shipped via DHL/FedEx Priority to reach you worldwide within 3-5 days.

Are consumable parts covered by warranty?
No, consumable parts (e.g., cutting blades, heating tubes, rubber rollers) are not covered. However, we provide a free spare parts kit with the machine delivery that lasts for 1 year of normal use.

What happens if the machine has a major breakdown we can't fix?
Don't panic. First, we initiate a video troubleshooting session. 95% of issues are solved this way. If it is a major structural failure that cannot be fixed remotely, we will fly an engineer to your site immediately to perform repairs.

Do you provide maintenance manuals?
Yes. Every machine comes with a detailed User Manual and Electrical Diagram in English. We also provide a maintenance checklist to help your team keep the machine in peak condition.
