Machine Structure
Worm Gear Transmission Structure
The machine adopts a worm wheel and worm transmission system to provide strong and stable die-cutting pressure. This structure supports accurate cutting during high-speed operation, while helping reduce noise and improve running stability. The main base frame, moving frame, and top frame use high-strength ductile cast iron QT500-7 for better tensile strength, deformation resistance, and fatigue resistance.

Forced Lubrication System
The forced lubrication system supplies oil to the main drive regularly, reducing friction and extending machine service life. If oil pressure becomes too low, the machine will stop automatically for protection. The oil circuit is equipped with a filter and flow switch to monitor oil condition and prevent damage caused by insufficient lubrication.

Inverter Motor and Pneumatic Clutch Brake
The die-cutting force is driven by a 7.5KW inverter motor, allowing stepless speed adjustment and efficient power use. Combined with a large flywheel, the system delivers strong and stable cutting force. The pneumatic clutch brake controls driving torque through air pressure adjustment, providing low noise, reliable braking performance, and automatic shutdown protection during overload.

Electrical Pressure Adjustment
The die-cutting pressure can be adjusted quickly and accurately through the electrical control system. The pressure is automatically regulated by motor control and can be adjusted through the HMI interface, making machine setup more convenient and precise for different paper packaging products.

Photoelectric Registration Die Cutting
The machine can die-cut printed products according to graphics and registration marks, or process blank materials without printing. The stepping motor works with the photoelectric eye to recognize color marks and ensure accurate matching between the die-cutting position and printed patterns. Feed length can also be set through the micro-computer controller.

Electrical Control Cabinet
The electrical control system includes a frequency converter, PLC, HMI screen, encoder angle detection, and photoelectric tracking system. Operators can view machine status and set parameters through the screen. The system controls paper feeding, conveying, die cutting, and delivery automatically, while safety devices provide alarm and automatic shutdown protection when faults occur.

Correction Unit
The correction unit is controlled by motor and is used to adjust paper position during production. It helps keep the material aligned in the correct left or right position, improving feeding accuracy and supporting stable die-cutting registration.

Pneumatic Die-Cutting Plate Lock
The die-cutting section uses a pneumatic plate locking device to keep the die plate securely fixed during operation. The die-cutting plate is made from 65Mn steel with heat treatment for high hardness and flatness. The knife plate and plate frame can be removed easily, helping reduce plate-changing time.

Paper Blocked Alarm System
The paper blocked alarm system monitors feeding conditions during operation. When paper feeding is blocked or abnormal, the machine stops automatically to protect the material, die-cutting plate, and machine components from damage.

Chain Type Pneumatic Unwinding Unit
The feeding unit adopts a chain type pneumatic roller unwinding system. Tension control manages unwinding speed, while the hydraulic structure supports stable feeding of heavy roll materials. The system can support roll materials up to 1.5 tons with a maximum roll diameter of 1.6 meters.

Electric Roll Loading System
The electric roll loading system makes material loading easier and faster. Two rubber-covered rollers are controlled by the traction motor, allowing the paper material to move forward automatically and reducing manual handling during roll replacement.

Automatic Folding and Flattening System
The machine can automatically fold and flatten curled material near the paper core. The multi-stage folding adjustment helps flatten bent materials or refold them in different directions, improving material feeding stability before die cutting.

Photoelectric Feeding Synchronization
The feeding system uses photoelectric eye tracking to synchronize material feeding speed with die-cutting speed. This helps maintain accurate feeding, stable registration, and consistent cutting quality during continuous production.

Automatic Finished Product Stacking
The finished product stacking system uses an induction switch to automatically lower the collection platform, keeping the paper pile at a stable height during production. This reduces the need for manual product removal and supports continuous die-cutting operation.
