Machine Structure
Micro-Computer Servo Positioning System
The machine adopts a micro-computer control system with human-machine interface and direct servo positioning technology to improve punching accuracy. The reinforced wallboard and machine base provide stronger structural stability, ensuring smooth operation without shaking even when running at speeds up to 380 strokes per minute.

Forced Lubrication System
The machine adopts a forced lubrication system to ensure regular oil supply to the main driving components. This reduces friction, improves running stability, and extends machine service life. The lubrication cycle can be set automatically, such as 10 seconds every 6 minutes for stable operation.

Inverter Motor and Stable Die Cutting Force
The die-cutting force is powered by a 5.5KW inverter motor, providing strong and stable punching performance while reducing energy consumption. Combined with an oversized flywheel, the system supports stepless speed adjustment and stable die-cutting force. Two swing arm cams are adopted for easier punching mold adjustment and better operating stability.

Photoelectric Registration System
The stepping motor works together with the photoelectric eye tracking system to accurately identify printed color marks. This ensures perfect matching between punching positions and printed graphics, improving punching precision for paper cup fan blanks and reducing material waste.

PLC Electrical Control Cabinet
The electrical cabinet integrates frequency converter, PLC, HMI screen, encoder angle detection, and photoelectric tracking system. Operators can monitor machine running data and adjust parameters through the touch screen. The automatic tension control system helps maintain stable paper feeding throughout production.

Chain Type Pneumatic Feeding Unit
The feeding unit adopts a chain type pneumatic roller unwind system with hydraulic support and tension control. It automatically controls unwinding speed to maintain stable paper feeding. The system supports roll paper up to 1.5 tons with a maximum roll diameter of 1500mm.

Swiss Material Die Cutting Mold
The punching mold is manufactured using high-quality Swiss material and can be used for up to 400 million strokes. When cutting performance decreases, the blade can be sharpened by a flat grinding machine up to 4–5 times. Each punching mold cavity is divided into four adjustable pieces, making mold adjustment and maintenance easier.
