  • Pressure & Vacuum Forming: Combines positive air pressure with vacuum suction to create sharply defined products, capable of forming complex shapes with high tensile strength.
  • Servo & Cam Hybrid Drive: The main mold running is driven by a robust mechanical cam for stability, while the sheet feeding, pre-forming, and stacking are driven by precision Servo Motors. This allows for a high production speed of up to 40 cycles per minute.
  • EPS Material Processing: Specifically engineered to handle EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) foam, as well as standard rigid plastics like HIPS, PS, PP, PVC, and PET. This versatility makes it unique in the market.
