NTPFD-550F Flat Handle Paper Bag Machine | Large Size 550mm Width

The NTPFD-550F is a heavy-duty Fully Automatic Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine specifically designed for producing large-format shopping bags with Inline Flat Handles. Unlike twisted handles, flat handles offer superior comfort for carrying heavier items, making this machine the preferred choice for food delivery bags, supermarket carriers, and clothing retail packaging.

This massive production line (19 meters in length) integrates the entire manufacturing process. It automatically creates the flat handle from four rolls of paper, pastes it onto the main paper web, forms the tube, creates the gusset, and glues the square bottom. Capable of handling bag widths up to 550mm and bottom widths up to 300mm, it is built for big jobs.

FAQ: NTPFD-550F Fully Automatic Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine with Flat Handle

Flat Handles are generally perceived as more comfortable for the consumer, especially for heavy loads like food takeaway or groceries, as they don't dig into the fingers. They are also folded flat against the bag, making the bags easier to stack and pack in boxes for shipping.
This is a substantial production line. The machine dimensions are approx. 19m x 10m x 2.7m. You need to ensure your factory floor has enough length and ceiling height, plus extra space for raw material movement and finished product collection.
The standard NTPFD-550F is a bag-making machine. However, it can be linked with an Inline Flexo Printing Unit (2 or 4 colors). Since the machine uses roll feeding, adding a printing section at the unwinding stage is a common customization. Please ask us for a "Printing + Bag Making" line quote.
The total installed power is 47KW. However, during normal running operation, the actual power consumption is typically around 60-70% of the rated power, depending on the speed and paper weight.
